Cryotherapy

This is a very effective treatment for:

• Pre-cancerous lesions (solar keratosis – sun damaged skin)
• Seborrheric Keratosis (benign wart like lesions)
• Skin tags
• Cherry angiomas (benign bright pink/purple lesions)
• Sun spots
• Warts
• Sebaceous Hyperplasia (benign lumps on the skin)

After care:

• A blister may or may not form on the skin/lesion and the surrounding skin within 3 to 6 hours after treatment.
• The blister may bleed (not oftern) then turn dark, which is normal.
• The lesion will then flatten within 2 to 3 days and will form a scab. It should fall off within 3 weeks.
• Gently pat dry after showering.
• You can wear make-up and moisturise after 24 hours.
• A slight scar may appear once healed.
