It’s important to check your skin yourself at least every month (get someone to check your back). It’s important to know your spots and know where they are so you can identify any changes. (Great to do this straight after a shower).
For Moles: Look for changes in colour, shape and size. It’s a great idea to take a photo on your phone if you think a spot needs extra monitoring,
For Lesions: Look for a dry, crusty, scaly patch, that bleed easy, don’t heal very well and look like an ulcer. Sometimes they can appear as a pink dome on the skin.
If you notice any changes, you can contact In2skin Co. or see your GP.
